Connection
We prioritize meaningful connection in our day-to-day business practice – from the connections we build with our clients and with each other, to the ones we make with communities and organizations to support important causes and move our mission forward.
Below Are Some Examples Of How Connection Shows Up Across Our Organization
Philanthropy & Volunteerism
- Our philanthropy program connects us to other communities around the country. We donate to two nonprofits every month, which includes contributions from team members, as well as a 100% company match.
- All team members get one day of paid volunteer time off to dedicate time to their communities of choice and make an impact in the causes that matter most to them.
- We also offer nationwide events and volunteer opportunities with incentives for team members to who get involved.
Recognition & Community
- Recognition is a big part of what brings team members together in an increasingly virtual world. We use a digital peer-to-peer recognition platform to encourage shout-outs that are linked to rewards, to deepen our connection with each other and build community.
- Throughout the year, various team and company outings are hosted to give team members an opportunity to connect and build relationships outside of work.
Work-Life Harmony
- We give all team members the option of working remotely, or if they prefer, coming into our HQ in NYC’s financial district. We also offer flexible schedules for many of our positions.
- All employees get up to three paid personal choice holidays
